Return & Refund Policy
At The Pink Edit we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and refund policy.
1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 7-10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at thepinkedit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at thepinkedit@gmail.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thepinkedit@gmail.com We may request photos of the damage for verification. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
